This Privacy Policy explains how CarlosPostAgenda (“CarlosPostAgenda”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the CarlosPostAgenda application at https://post.devcarlos.tech/ and related public pages (the “Service”).
2. Information We Collect
Account information
We may collect your name, email address, profile image, login identifiers, workspace information, language and timezone preferences, authentication/session information and settings you choose to save.
TikTok and connected social account information
When you connect TikTok or another supported social platform, we may receive platform identifiers, usernames, display names, profile metadata, avatar URLs, OAuth access tokens, refresh tokens, granted scopes, page or channel IDs, and information needed to schedule, publish, retrieve status or display analytics for content you manage through the Service.
Content and scheduling data
We process posts, captions, media files, links, hashtags, drafts, calendar entries, schedules, publishing history, comments, approval notes and related metadata that you create, upload or import into the Service.
Technical and usage data
We may collect IP address, browser type, device information, operating system, log events, errors, security events, timestamps, pages visited and feature usage to operate, secure and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to provide the Service; authenticate users; connect TikTok and other social accounts; prepare, schedule and publish content at the user’s direction; display calendars and analytics; troubleshoot errors; protect accounts and infrastructure; comply with legal obligations; and communicate service-related notices.
4. TikTok Platform Data
If you authorize CarlosPostAgenda to access TikTok, we use TikTok data only to provide the functionality you requested, such as account connection, content scheduling, publishing, status checks and related account display. We do not sell TikTok data. We do not use TikTok data for unrelated advertising. We do not transfer TikTok data except to service providers that help us operate the Service, when required to complete user-directed publishing, or when required by law.
5. Third-Party Platforms
When you connect or publish to a third-party platform, information is exchanged with that platform according to your authorization and that platform’s own terms and privacy policy. CarlosPostAgenda does not control how third-party platforms process information after it is sent to them.
6. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal information. We may share information with infrastructure providers, hosting providers, databases, authentication providers, analytics/error monitoring tools, AI providers if optional AI features are used, payment processors if paid features are added, and connected social platforms as required to provide the Service. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect rights, safety and security.
7. OAuth Tokens and Security
OAuth tokens and connected-account credentials are used only to provide authorized functionality such as publishing, scheduling, account listing, status retrieval and analytics. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards such as access controls, encrypted transport, secure sessions, logging and least-privilege practices. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
8. Data Retention
We keep account and workspace data while your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Scheduled content is kept until published, deleted or no longer needed. OAuth tokens are retained only while the relevant account remains connected or as needed for authorized functionality. Logs and backups are retained for operational, security and recovery purposes for limited periods unless a longer period is required by law, dispute resolution or security needs.
9. Your Choices, Revocation and Deletion
You may update account information, delete content, disconnect TikTok or other social accounts, revoke platform permissions directly through each platform, or stop using the Service. If you revoke TikTok access, CarlosPostAgenda will no longer be able to perform TikTok actions for that account. Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or export personal data.
10. Cookies and Local Storage
The Service may use cookies, local storage and similar technologies for authentication, session management, preferences, security and analytics. Disabling necessary cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working correctly.
11. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for users who are legally able to use social publishing tools and connected platform accounts.
12. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above shows when the current version became effective.
